At Neurish, your satisfaction is crucial. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, here's our return policy:
- Return Process: Contact us at hello@tryneurish.com for an RMA number.
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 90 days of receipt.
- Refund Method: Refunds are processed in the original form of payment.
- Non-Eligible Products: Items not eligible for return will be sent back at your expense if not bought directly from us.
Subscription Shipping: To avoid delays, subscription orders ship up to 10 days before your scheduled renewal date, when inventory is fulfilled from our international warehouse. To prevent your next order from being processed and shipped, you must cancel your subscription at least 10 days before your renewal date.
